Build Tomorrow's IP Infrastructure

We're seeking talented professionals who want to reshape how intellectual property works in the digital age. Our team combines deep legal expertise with cutting-edge blockchain technology to create solutions that actually matter.

Blockchain IP Analyst

Full-time • Hybrid

You'll dive deep into patent landscapes and trademark databases, but here's the twist - you'll be working with blockchain networks and smart contracts to create new forms of IP protection. Think of it as being part detective, part legal researcher, and part tech innovator.

  • Curiosity about blockchain technology (we can teach the technical parts)
  • Experience with patent databases like WIPO or USPTO
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with both legal documents and technical specifications

Bonus Points

  • Prior work with technology companies or startups
  • Understanding of smart contracts or decentralized systems
  • Experience in IP litigation or prosecution

Digital Rights Coordinator

Full-time • Remote-friendly

This role sits at the intersection of creative industries and emerging technology. You'll work directly with artists, writers, and inventors to help them understand and leverage blockchain-based IP protection. It's part consulting, part project management, and part creative problem-solving.

Essential Skills

  • Background in digital media, creative industries, or IP management
  • Excellent communication skills for explaining complex concepts simply
  • Project coordination experience with multiple stakeholders
  • Understanding of copyright, trademark, or patent basics
  • Comfortable learning new technologies and platforms

Nice to Have

  • Experience with NFTs or digital asset management
  • Background in entertainment, gaming, or media industries
  • Familiarity with licensing agreements and royalty structures

A Day in Our Office

9:00 AM
Morning Briefing & Coffee
We start each day with a quick team sync over coffee. Yesterday, Priya discovered an interesting patent filing from Samsung that could impact our blockchain IP framework. These conversations often spark the best ideas.
10:30 AM
Deep Work Sessions
This is when the real magic happens. Our analysts dive into patent research while coordinators work on client projects. The office gets quiet except for occasional excited discussions when someone finds something breakthrough-worthy.
1:00 PM
Lunch & Learn
We often grab lunch together and dive into industry news. Last week, we discussed how Disney's new IP strategy might influence blockchain adoption. These informal chats keep us ahead of trends.
3:00 PM
Client Collaboration
Afternoon client calls are usually our most energetic time. There's something satisfying about helping a creative professional understand how blockchain can protect their work. We see a lot of "aha!" moments during these sessions.
5:30 PM
Wrap-up & Planning
Before heading home, we review the day's progress and plan tomorrow's priorities. Sometimes this turns into longer strategy sessions when we're working on something particularly exciting.

Why People Love Working Here

Learning Budget

RM 5,000 annually for courses, conferences, or certifications. Many team members use this to stay current with blockchain developments or deepen their IP expertise.

Flexible Work

Work from our Kuala Lumpur office, from home, or mix both. We care about results, not where you sit. Some of our best work happens during off-peak hours anyway.

Growth Opportunities

This field is evolving rapidly, which means lots of room to grow. We encourage experimentation and support team members who want to explore new areas of blockchain IP.

Meaningful Impact

You'll work on projects that genuinely help creators and inventors protect their work. It's rewarding to know your analysis or coordination directly supports innovation.

Work-Life Balance

We maintain reasonable hours and respect boundaries. The IP world moves fast, but we've learned that sustainable pace produces better results than constant urgency.

Innovation Culture

We're literally building new ways to handle intellectual property. Your ideas and suggestions are not just welcomed - they're essential to what we're creating.
